To keep our skills, creativity, and knowledge sharing up to scratch we make time specifically for experimentation, exploration and play. As a team we devote time to Norma, our R&D wing, each week, initiating and leading collaborative play and projects in a setting where it’s alright to make mistakes, as well as brilliant discoveries! Where we succeed we bring that new knowledge, approach or technique into our everyday practice, so that we’re always a learning, changing, evolving company.
