Considering a building conversion often begins with the question 'is it easier or cheaper to rip it up and start again?'. But experience has taught us that the full potential of a conversion often emerges as we dig deeper. At Lough Road, we found walls so thick and durable that they could sustain three floors in place of their original two, making new space out of thin air for our client's conversion to flats.
We're often challenged with making space where it appears there's no new space to be had, and we’ve developed a range of approaches that make best use of all our creative thinking. On Pentonville Road we converted a former bank into luxury flats, working with the quirks of this historic building to create unique living spaces.
