We're proud of our ability to get everything we can out of an existing building, wherever possible. Sometimes though, the best option is to clear a site and start from scratch, even in a conservation area. At Drayton Park we were faced with a poor quality building with little hope of ever enhancing its conservation area surroundings. Our response was a high quality, new contemporary design on this important corner site, the bonus being that it not only aesthetically improved the area but it achieved more floor space than extension ever could have done.
