Caversham Road is a case in point - on this residential site adjacent to a railway we needed to satisfy everyone from conservation officers and local residents to Network Rail, while meeting high client aspirations. We designed a contemporary scheme which accommodates 18 high quality apartments, ensuring that the building has no negative impacts on its neighbours, while appearing at a scale to complement the character of the local streetscape.
